If you have been to Panjim, you might have seen this guy vibin' to old bollywood music on his radio. After frequently seeing him around GMC area, I approached him all curious. Asked him about his whereabouts and he said,"I came here with my friend from Tamil Nadu 4 years ago and since then I live here and come here everyday with my radio, bow down to Lord Parushuram and dance".

And naturally when I asked why?! he said,"It is my free service to the people". *Goosebumps*.
